Why we are called Bayan
In Surah ar-Rahman, Allah ﷻ tells us He taught the human being al-bayan — clear speech, the ability to make truth visible. The Holy Prophet ﷺ and the pure household, the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.), inherited that teaching and carried it through every generation. We took the name because the work has not changed: to turn deep scholarship into speech a seeker can carry.
02 — Mission
What we are doing
For fourteen centuries the scholars of the Imams (a.s.) — through the howzas of Najaf, Qum, and Mashhad — have kept a living tradition: Tafsir, Fiqh, Hadith, Kalam, and Hikmah. BRIC exists to bring that scholarship online without diluting it: the books of our ʿulamāʾ, the methods of our seminaries, and the love that animates them both.
03 — Vision
Where we are going
We are building toward a generation that does not have to choose between modernity and madhhab. Students who read Shaykh al-Mufid in the morning and write a research paper in the afternoon. Teachers anchored in the wilāyah of the Ahlul Bayt (a.s.), and confident enough to think.

A leaf has color because it has work. Each tone in our mark holds a concept the tradition has taught for centuries.
حِكْمَة
Hikmah
WisdomThe depth — disciplined study, careful method, the calm that protects scholarship from haste. The Quran calls hikmah a great good given to whom Allah wills.
تَرْبِيَة
Tarbiya
CultivationThe fruit — knowledge that grows roots in a person, a family, an ummah. The Imams (a.s.) taught that ʿilm without ʿamal is a tree that does not fruit.

Where we stand right now
Living scholarship in motion. Courses across Fiqh, Tajweed, Aqeedah, Hadith, Tafseer, Seerah, Arabic, Adab, and Mantiq. Scholars from the howzas of our tradition. Students from every continent. None of it is finished — that is the point.
