We carry a light.

A center built on one idea: knowledge is light. We exist to keep that light reaching — turning careful research into teaching a seeker can actually carry.

Four colours, one promise
The mark

A brick of knowledge

The BRIC logo symbolises a foundational brick of knowledge — strong, structured, and essential for building an enlightened society. The geometric flow of the emblem is a crafted, polished brick, shaped not from clay but from intellect, research and wisdom.

The upward, leaf-like curves stand for illumination — knowledge spreading outward like light — while the solid base reflects stability, discipline and scholarly credibility. Together they carry a dual identity: a source of enlightenment, and a structural pillar of society.

The modern gradient says the rest: BRIC is grounded and foundational, and also dynamic, evolving and forward-looking.

  1. A brick of knowledge supporting the structure of society
  2. A source of enlightenment, clarity and intellectual growth
  3. A foundation for research and progressive thought
  4. A modern institution with roots in wisdom and a vision for the future
our story
بَيَان01 — Origin

Why we are called Bayan

In the Qur'an, al-bayan is named as something taught to the human being: clear speech, the ability to make truth visible. We took the name because that is the work — turning deep scholarship into speech a seeker can carry, without thinning it on the way.

02 — Mission

What we are doing

Serious scholarship has always lived in institutions — libraries, seminaries, research centers — and it has rarely travelled well beyond their walls. BRIC exists to bring that work online without diluting it: the texts, the methods, and the care that produced them.

03 — Vision

Where we are going

We are building toward a generation that does not have to choose between rigour and the present day — students who read a classical text in the morning and write a research paper in the afternoon, and teachers grounded enough to be trusted and confident enough to think.

And say: my Lord, increase me in knowledge.
Qur'an — Surah Ta-Ha, 20:114
04 — Values

What the colors carry

Four colours carry the work: what we spark, what we build, what we grow, and how we lead.

Innovation & creativity

Orange reflects curiosity and the spark of a new idea — innovative teaching, research-driven solutions, and the inspiration behind learning that leaves a mark.

Integrity & leadership

Navy carries integrity, professionalism and leadership — ethical practice, strong governance, and a willingness to lead in advancing education and research.

Together the four make one promise: to ignite ideas, build knowledge, nurture growth, and lead with integrity — shaping the future of education for a better world.

05 — Today

Where we stand right now

Living scholarship in motion — courses being taught, subjects being opened, researchers and students finding each other. The numbers below are read from the catalogue as it stands today, not written by hand. None of it is finished; that is the point.

The catalogue is still being built — the first courses are on their way.

06 — Invitation
Say: are those who know equal to those who do not know?
Qur'an — Surah az-Zumar, 39:9

Begin where you are

A course, a book, a single sitting with a lesson — the door is wide. We hope to walk a small part of your path with you.

To ignite ideas, build knowledge, nurture growth, and lead with integrity.
